Dino mentioned during an interview with Siddharth Kannan that 'Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi' assembled a fresh team, comprising new producers, a director, musical duo Vishal-Shekhar, singer Shaan, a cinematographer, and co-actors Sanjay Suri and Rinkie Khanna .

Initially unsure about accepting the role, Dino Morea acknowledges the film's director Raj Kaushal and actor-model Mandira Bedi for their support and motivation. Working alongside Shailendra Singh on the project, Dino embraced the pleasure of acting, despite lacking formal training.

Even before the film hit theaters, Dino had already garnered attention as an actor, thanks to the trailer and songs. The film's producer, Shailendra Singh, proposed changing Dino's name to Siddhant , his character's name. Dino resisted, reasoning that his existing name was already well-known.

Promoting the film was an exhilarating whirlwind, especially for the newcomers. Dino Morea reminisces about the excitement surrounding the release, particularly the overwhelming fan love in Kolkata and his hometown Bengaluru. He described the frenzy during promotions, with fans displaying immense curiosity towards the fresh faces. Dino also recalled memorable encounters, like being mobbed by enthusiastic fans after a Kolkata premiere, leaving him with scratches on his body. Despite the chaos, he found the experience exhilarating and magical, especially when he witnessed similar fervor in his hometown.
