In pics: The new schedule of 'Thug Life' begins in Delhi; Simbu joins

The most anticipated film of the year, ' Thug Life , went on floors a couple of weeks ago, and the new schedule has begun today in New Delhi. Taking to social media, the movie's cinematographer shared photos from Delhi along with Mani Ratnam and Silambarasan TR. It is said that the shooting for the film will be happening in Delhi for a few days before the movie crew moves to Siberia for the climax shooting.

Directed by Mani Ratnam, 'Thug Life' marks the collaboration of Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam after 34 years. They last worked together for ' Nayakan '. The film is a multistarrer, and the cast includes Kamal Haasan, Silambarasan, Trisha, Gautham Karthik, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Joju George, Abhirami, Gautham Karthik, and Nassar, among others. The music for it is composed by AR Rahman .

The film earlier had Dulquer Salmaan and Jayam Ravi playing important roles, but they both had to back out because of time commitments. While Dulquer's role has been replaced by Simbu , Jayam Ravi's role is said to be played by Arvind Swamy. The makers have yet to make the official announcement.

The new buzz is also that Kamal Haasan will be joining the film sets soon in Delhi, and following that, they will be shooting for the climax in Siberia.
