Jasmin Bhasin on enjoying solo travel despite being in a relationship with Aly Goni; says 'He knows the kind of person I am'

Actor Jasmin Bhasin is living life on her own terms—and loving it. While she’s in a committed relationship with actor Aly Goni , Jasmin says her love for solo travel remains strong, and it’s something her partner fully understands and supports.

In a candid conversation with Curly Tales, Jasmin opened up about how she discovered the joy of exploring the world alone. “I enjoy my solo travel. When I started doing my solo trips, I realized—oh my God, this is a time I’m like a hundred and one percent doing only the things that I want. It’s a kind of treat to myself,” she said.

What makes her solo adventures even more fulfilling is the way she designs them—around experiences and self-growth. “I plan activities where I’m meeting new people, I’m learning new things,” she added, describing how travel becomes both therapeutic and empowering.


Naturally, questions often arise about how her solo trips fit into her relationship with Aly Goni. Jasmin addressed the curiosity with complete honesty. “I get this a lot. A lot of our common friends ask, ‘You really go and he doesn’t mind?’ And I’m like no! He knows the kind of person I am,” she said, smiling.

She emphasized that her need for personal space has nothing to do with dissatisfaction. “It’s not like when I met him I felt suffocated or something and I wanted to take these breaks. I was always this person, and he accepts it. I think that space is very important,” Jasmin noted.


The actor, who started her career in television and later moved to Punjabi films and reality shows like Bigg Boss and Khatron Ke Khiladi, is known for her vibrant personality and fierce independence.
