Kareena Kapoor Khan is my childhood crush: Vikrant Massey - Exclusive

Vikrant Massey is currently in the seventh heaven, not only is his personal life going great guns with the birth of his son Vardaan but even his professional life has received a major push post the release of Vidhu Vinod Chopra ’s 12th Fail. The film not only got Vikrant awards and applause but also appreciation from his peers like Alia Bhatt , Vicky Kaushal , and Varun Dhawan .

In fact Kareena Kapoor Khan ’s response was extra special for Vikrant.


After watching the film Kareena took to Instagram and wrote , "12th Fail. Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Vikrant Massey, Medha Shankar , Anant V Joshi, Anshumaan Pushkar and the entire cast and crew, legend’s” Reacting to it Vikrant wrote, “ "Bas, ab mai retire ho sakta hu. Thank you so so much ma'am! You have no idea what this means to me (sic)."

In an exclusive interview with ETimes, the actor opened up about what Kareena’s message means to him. He said, “ Like most of us, I am in awe of her. I love her immensely. She was generous enough to take time out and watch the movie. And she actually does not watch a lot of movies. Despite that, for her to make time, watch 12th Fail, and then go appreciate my work publicity, I wonder, what else can I ask for? She's been my childhood crush.”

12th Fail recently completed 25 weeks in the cinema halls and is all set for a release in China.
