Kareena Kapoor Khan reveals she was advised not to marry Saif Ali Khan

Kareena Kapoor Khan has left an indelible mark on Bollywood with her remarkable performances in movies such as 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham', 'Aitraaz', 'Omkara', 'Jab We Met', 'Ra.One', '3 Idiots' and 'Udta Punjab'. Beyond her professional achievements, she shares a beautiful family with her husband, actor Saif Ali Khan . Together, they have two children, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan.


During a recent interview with Bollywood Bubble, Kareena candidly discussed her marriage with Saif. She expressed admiration for the institution of marriage, claiming that it's worthy for an actress to marry.

The actress said that people were always like don’t get married, it'll be over. But she is saying that these are things that are now of course she did and then now it’s cool to be married and now it’s fine. But the whole idea is that people have to do things when people want to do them. She wanted to, she wanted to be like okay fine what will happen, it’s fine, won’t get work but she wanted to get married then and so she did it.

Kareena recently appeared in Aamir Khan 's 'Laal Singh Chaddha', directed by Advait Chandan. This Indian adaptation of the 1994 Academy Award-winning film 'Forrest Gump' has received mixed responses at the box office. The film also stars Naga Chaitanya and Mona Singh in significant roles.

On the work front, Kareena will next be seen in a film based on Keigo Higashino’s Devotion of Suspect X. The upcoming film will be directed by Sujoy Ghosh.
