Nora Fatehi: I still do physiotherapy because of Saki Saki- Exclusive

Nora Fatehi has stamped her authority as far as dance is concerned in Hindi Cinema with songs like Dilbar, Garmi , Kamariya and many more. But there is one song that has left her in pain, years after its release and that number is Saki Saki from Nikkhil Advani ’s film Batla House . This thriller starred John Abraham , Mrunal Thakur and Ravi Kishan in the lead.

Nora recently opened up about her experience of working on the song, which featured an iconic and twisted hook step. Speaking exclusively to ETimes, the actress said, “The hook step of Saki Saki was a tough one. So I practised a lot, shot the song and I’m constantly doing it for my stage performances too. But yeah, it was such a tough step that I still have to do physiotherapy from the effects of it and it has been five years since the release of Saki Saki." And the hard work has paid off, "It is one of my favorite steps, and I think with that step people really went, ‘whoa, what is she doing? It's so crazy’. So it motivated so many people to push themselves physically and dance wise." Nora also revealed that with every song she does, there is always some sort of injury, which is why a physiotherapist is always on standby for her.
