Popular Marathi actress Sonalee Kulkarni recently celebrated her wedding anniversary in a special way. In 2021, she tied the knot with her fiancé, Kunal Benodkar , in a ceremony held at a Hindu temple in Dubai, with family and friends attending virtually.

Now, on the eve of their wedding anniversary, the couple chose to renew their vows, this time following Christian marriage rituals . The images from the ceremony quickly went viral. Sonalee looked stunning in a white wedding dress while Kunal looked dapper in a black suit.

In the photos, the couple could be seen cutting cakes and dancing joyously. Kunal shared the pictures with a heartfelt caption, "2 legit 2 quit–Happy Anniversary," prompting floods of well-wishes and compliments from fans in the comments section.

This isn't the first time the couple has reaffirmed their commitment on their anniversary. Last year, they had a traditional Hindu ceremony, as they had initially married during the lockdown in Dubai, unable to have their families present. Sonalee and Kunal wished for a lavish ceremony surrounded by loved ones, fulfilling this dream with a Maharashtrian-style wedding.

Sonalee, who stepped into the world of cinema with 'Gauri' in 2006, marked her debut in Bollywood with 'Grand Masti' after seven years in Marathi cinema. The actress was last seen in Lijo Jose Pellissery ’s 'Malaikottai Vaaliban,' alongside Mohanlal.
