Watch:'Arambhamaay' song from 'Jai Ganesh'

Unni Mukundan starrer ‘ Jai Ganesh ’ is gearing up for release on April 11. The makers have now dropped the first single from the film. The first single, ‘ Arambhamaay ’ is a beautiful song composed by Sankar Sharma and sung by Kapil Kapilan . Manu Manjith has penned the lyrics. The song hints that the Unni Mukundan might be playing the role of an artist, a cartoonist.

Unni Mukundan dropped the song via his social media handle and said, “Every beginning holds the promise of endless possibilities! Aarambhamaay Song.”

Written and directed by Ranjith Sankar, ‘Jai Ganesh’ features Unni Mukundan in the lead role of a physically challenged wheelchair-bound person. Mahima Nambiar has roped in as the female lead. Actors Ravindra Vijay, Jomol, Hareesh Perady, Ashokan, Nandhu, Benzi Mathews, Srikanth K Vijayan, Ann Saleem, and Vinod Rajan are also part of the cast.

In an earlier interview with ETimes, Unni Mukundan said, “I play a specially-abled character. It's one of the most challenging and inspiring roles in my career, both physically and emotionally. We have three scripts ready for Ganesh, which will be a series of movies with a universal subject. The plan is to dub and release it in multiple languages. This decision is driven by the desire to reach a wider audience, appreciating the diversity of viewership preferences, including those who prefer watching movies on OTT platforms.”
