The Torba Pickle League, currently underway at Bandra, Mumbai from April 17 to June 1, witnessed a thrilling series of matches today, featuring both singles and doubles showdowns that kept spectators on the edge of their seats.

In the opening singles match, Davis displayed excellent court control and consistency to defeat Rishab with a score of 15–11. Despite Rishab’s energetic start, Davis maintained his composure and sealed the win with confident play in the closing rallies.

The second singles contest featured a strong showing from Kunal, who overcame Harsh with a 15–9 victory. Kunal’s smart shot selection and steady rhythm helped him dominate the latter half of the match after a closely contested beginning.

The first doubles match of the day saw Davis / Pooja combine forces to defeat Aahana / Anmol in a competitive 15–11 showdown. Davis, continuing his strong form, paired seamlessly with Pooja as the duo capitalized on key moments to stay ahead.

In the final match, Safdarali / Akshay battled hard against Ankit / Anmol, eventually securing a narrow 15–13 win. The match was intense from start to finish, with both teams showing great chemistry, but it was Safdarali and Akshay’s calm execution under pressure that made the difference.
