Asus Max Pro M1 gets cheaper, starts at Rs 7,999

NEW DELHI: Asus has reduced the price of its Max Pro M1 smartphone in India. The Asus Max Pro M1 now starts at Rs 7,999 instead of Rs 8,499 for 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage variants. The company has also reduced the prices of the 4GB RAM/64GB storage and 6GB RAM/64GB storage options to Rs 8,999 (instead of Rs 10,499) and Rs 11,999 (instead of Rs 12,499) respectively.
The new prices are applicable from July 19 on Flipkart.

Asus Max Pro M1 specifications

The Asus Max Pro M1 features a 5.99-inch full HD+ display with 1080x2160 pixel resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor, the device was the first Asus smartphone ditch the Zenfone UI and opt for the stock Android operating system. It runs Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box.

For imaging duties, the Max Pro M1 comes equipped with a dual rear camera setup of 13MP and 5MP sensors with LED flash. The 13MP primary camera has aperture f/2.2 with 1.12 micron. On the front, users get an 8MP selfie camera with LED flash with Snapdragon camera app interface.

The Max Pro M1 is backed by a 5000mAh battery that is claimed to deliver up to 199 hours of music playback, up to 34.1 days of 4G stand-by and up to 25.3 hours 1080p video playback. With a triple SIM-card tray (2 SIM slots and a microSD card), the smartphone offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.
