COD Mobile Rumored To Collaborate With Hans Zimmer

Recently, the Call of Duty: Mobile developers teased a future collaboration with an unnamed music artist. The leakers have now revealed the rumored COD Mobile x Hans Zimmer collaboration, which players might get to witness during the Season 4.

According to the leaks courtesy of RoseThorn_JiuCi (@JC_RoseThorn) and Leakers On Duty (@LeakersOnDuty), Zimmer is rumored to provide an in-game soundtrack for an upcoming Mythic drop.

The said soundtrack has supposedly leaked ahead of official announcement.

Ahead of the official announcement of Call of Duty: Mobile’s collaboration with Zimmer, an original track composed by the genius composer has already been leaked. The three minutes 42-second-long track is rumored to be produced for the Mythic MG42, an upcoming blueprint for the previously-leaked Season 4 LMG.

The leaks around the in-game release of MG42 light machine gun first surfaced online in January 2024. For those unaware, The LMG was originally introduced by Activision in Call of Duty: Vanguard and will now arrive in Season. The developers will also release multiple blueprints for the weapon, alongside the base version.

Interestingly, COD Mobile will not be the first Call of Duty game to get a soundtrack composed by Zimmer. The two-time Academy Award and four-time Grammy-winner has previously composed the main theme for the iconic Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 in 2009. He has also composed for titles like Crysis 2, Arena of Valor, FIFA 19, and more.

Zimmer’s best-known works include his compositions for movies like he Lion King, Inception, Gladiator, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Interstellar, Dune, Dune: Part Two and more. He received two of his Academy Awards for producing the ‘Best Original Score’ for The Lion King and Dune. Zimmer has several prestigious accolades for his other work as well.
