Vijay the rowdy boy is not getting a proper hit these days. His family star has failed. Dil Raju he producer tried his level best to salvage the movie.
But ther was no strength in the movie and the director Parasuram failed miserabaly we can say. Even though Vijay showcased his fiery side in films like ‘Arjun Reddy’ and ‘Dear Comrade’, he would be essaying a proper anger-driven role in his next.
“Vijay wants to join the big league of action heroes and he is preparing for the role. He would exhibit a fit and lean physique to do justice to khakis,” he points out.
Police roles are good for the actors, provided they should be having the right story. Gautam must be able to execute the police story properly and then there will be good results.
So far after Geeta Govindam, Vijay did not get the right story and a proper hit. Liger was a big dud and Jana Gana Mana by Puri did not see the light after that.
But Vijay is full of energy and is confident of his performance. We can say luck is not on his side for the time being.
