District 3141 reached in 48 hours and gave all families one months Ration

Mumbai: While Interacting with Hello Mumbai News Correspondent Shikha Singh, Mr. Ashish Shah shared his work and the pitiable condition of tribals and said, “Friends – today, we arranged for distribution of ration, vegetables, cooking oil, and spices to the affected Adivasi families in the Kadvyachi Mali village.

“Me and my wife were scheduled to visit Palghar to distribute these items but did not receive permission owing to the COVID situation and the local Panchayat rules.”

To ensure that the funds so collected are utilized at the grass-root level, with the help of the past DG, Mr. Bansi Dhurander’s (our DG, Sunnil Mehra, gave me the connect), we managed to obtain the names of the affected Adivasi families and thereafter planned the distribution today”.

He also added that “A big thank you to all the members who along with him had donated for this cause. What greater satisfaction can we get – when these families eat their meals and have a smile on their face and do not have to look for eating plants in the nearby jungles.”
