4 Questions that help you find your life purpose

If you want to be fulfilled, happy, content, and experience inner peace and ultimate fulfillment, it's critical that you learn how to find your passion and life purpose. Without a life purpose as the compass to guide you, your goals and action plans may not ultimately fulfill you.

You are trying to improve your life.

You want more flavor, more fullness. In the strictest sense you want to become a better person. Your purpose can be the driving force of this. Your purpose can be your connection to something larger, something that will allow you to make your mark on the world, to truly make a difference.

Why you want make the list

Include in the list the parts of your job that you really like, the things you volunteer for, sports, the arts, reading, etc. Imagine you are a billionaire with no worries about money, how would you choose to spend your time? Add those things to the list, even if you don't do them now. after that you feel happy.

Notice how you feel
By definition, if you are living your life purpose, you will feel exhilarated, excited, happy, and alive. If you are not feeling these things, go back to your lists, and see if there's anything you forgot to write down, or do the one you have been avoiding because it's so scary.

Look at your Passions
Look at your Passions Actions, and Genius lists, and spend 10 minutes each morning doing something from one of the lists. Draw, sing, dance, tell the truth about something you have been concealing, organize a drawer, thank someone you have been appreciating silently, take a risk and call that girl or guy.


Your Path to Purpose
Choose an area where you think you may want to serve and send out emails or make phone call offers. There are nursing homes full of people needing visitors, children in need of tutoring, and social service agencies available to guide you.
