Start a routine for job searching

Be polite, honest and transparent when dealing with your co workers and clients. Note that some of the clients may be requested to review the quality of your service by the management team.

These are the two most powerful ways of expanding your market base and job competitiveness. One of the sure ways of networking and outsourcing is by attending conferences, seminars and other events that are related to your work. Social events can also help you connect with your target customers especially if you are a marketer.

Get creative
Think of all those creative things you haven't had time for before. Keep yourself occupied with a creative project such as art, learning an instrument, writing a book, making a film. Who knows where this artistic expression might lead next? Build time for it into your routine.
