The EAST Conference: 40+ Founders, Leaders To Dive Into Scaling, Investments & More

Indian startups have witnessed rapid growth over the last decade or so, making the country’s startup ecosystem the third-largest in the world. While government policy and a vibrant investment culture have played critical parts in this growth story, one often-overlooked aspect is the role of entrepreneurial communities.

By cultivating a space that fosters community-led partnerships, these networks support local entrepreneurs not only with financial assistance but also psychological and leadership-driven guidance. However, finding the right community to break into new tech, hire talent and get funded is a difficult task for new-age founders.

To help Indian startups tackle this issue and identify the right platform to seek expertise and guidance, the EAST Network will be hosting the EAST Conference on March 17 in Delhi NCR.

The EAST (Easier Access For Startups in Technology) Network is a community of leaders, entrepreneurs, and technology professionals that helps startups connect with and support one another through the exchange of experience, expertise, and connections.

Spotlight On Scaling And Investment Trends

A sector-agnostic event, the EAST Conference will bring together over 40 founders, industry leaders, investors and delegates who will discuss and deliberate on the challenges, opportunities and future outlook of the Indian startup ecosystem.

With a focus on four tracks — D2C, healthtech, fintech, and EV, the conference is expected to see over 400 attendees from the startup community.

While former Coke India CEO Neeraj Garg will delve into the topic of effective strategies for building global brands, a panel comprising Chiratae Ventures’ Anoop N, RPSG Capital Ventures’ Abhishek Goenka, Huddle’s Sanil Sachar and GetVantage’s Bhavik Vasa will examine what it talkies to raise funds in a post-inflationary era.

The conference will also host a panel discussion with Bella Vita Organic’s Aakash Anand, Power Gummies’ Divij Bajaj, Arata’s Dhruv Madhok, Captain Zack’s Dr Mohit Lalwani, Jimmy’s Cocktails’ Nitin Bharadwaj and Inc42’s Vaibhav Vardhan on building an investor-friendly D2C brand and ways in which startups can attract a mass premium.

Other panel discussions will feature in-depth conversations with industry leaders such as Mountain Partners’ Dr Cornelius Boersch, Dentsu Singapore’s Prantik Mazumdar, Artha Venture Fund’s Anirudh Damani, Rage Coffee’s Bharat Sethi, and Verlinvest’s Arjun Vaidya.

Overall, the evening will see a host of speakers share their experiences across 18 sessions.
