Individuals with different likes, dislikes, fears and accomplishments all have one thin in common: fear. Whether it's the absence of courage or simply us taking time to move on from trauma, fear exists in all of us.

Every day when I wake up, my mind directs me to some other worry or fear that takes away all the reasons for me to be absolutely happy. We are all riddled with fears. Some big enough to make us go crazy.

There is nothing new in saying that we must conquer our fears, we must. However, there are some deep everyday things that you must pursue to feel brave, like:
