Hind. Organi posts Q3 net loss of Rs 33.15 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.26 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2019 as compared to Rs 9.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 80.17 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 40.19 per cent at Rs 236.84 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 168.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 33.24 per cent to Rs 212.54 crore from Rs 159.52 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 97.67 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Dec'18 Rs 0.43 crore). Operating Profit surged by 157.79 per cent to Rs 24.31 crore as against Rs 9.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 83.87 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 6.79 crore (Dec'18 Rs 0.00 crore).
