Along with the decrease and increase of the moon, the size of this ice also keeps on decreasing. It reaches its full size on Shravan Purnima and gradually gets smaller till Amavasya. Many feet away from the original Amarnath Shivling, there are separate icebergs of Ganesha, Bhairav , and Parvati.

Kedarnath
Kedarnath is also considered Jagrut Mahadev many such incidents have happened here, due to which the presence of Lord Shiva is considered here. This temple is also included in the 12 Jyotirlingas of Bholenath. Apart from this, this grand temple of Lord Shiva is also counted in the famous Char Dham Yatra of India. This temple is situated in the Rudraprayag district of the state. It is written about Kedarnath that the person who travels to Badrinath without visiting Kedarnath, his journey becomes fruitless and the fruit of the darshan of Nar-Narayan-murti along with Kedarnath has been said to be the attainment of liberation in life by the destruction of all sins. Somnath Temple

According to the information, this temple was built in 1204 AD by two merchants named Ahuka and Manuka. The architecture of the temple is worth seeing, the carvings on the walls here attract a lot. Jageshwar Mahadev
Jageshwar Dham located near Almora in Uttarakhand is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Sadashiv. It is said that this is the first time where the tradition of worshiping Shiva in the form of Linga first started. Jageshwar is also known as the fifth abode of Uttarakhand. Lord Shiva at Jageshwar Dham is considered a place of penance. This Jyotirlinga is considered the eighth Jyotirlinga. It is also known by the name Yogeshwar.
