Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl rice boiled
  • Green and red chilies finely chopped as required
  • 1 tsp green peppercorns
  • 4-5 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1-2 pieces of broccoli
  • 3-4 baby corns
  • 1 carrot
  • Refined oil as required
  • 1 packet Maggi masala
  • a little basil for garnishing
  • Salt according to taste.

Process

Cut broccoli, baby corn, and carrot into small pieces and blanch them. Heat oil in a pan, add green and red chilies and garlic, and sauté. Now mix rice, blanched vegetables, and green peppercorns in it and cook. Add Maggi masala and salt and cook a little more. Then garnish with basil leaves and serve.
