Recipe- Healthy To Drink Moringa Green Smoothie

Nutrient dense Moringa Green Smoothie made with moringa powder, spinach and fruits. A healthy way to fuel your mornings! Moringa is a plant native to India, and is commonly referred as Drumstick tree. Nearly every part of the Moringa tree is edible and has been used for centuries for its medicinal properties and health benefits.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon moringa powder
1 ½ teaspoon chia seeds
¾ cup green grapes
½ large green apple, cubed
1 big handful of spinach
squeeze of lime
3 ice cubes
¾ cup water

Method

- Add a big handful of spinach, ¾ cup of green grapes, ½ green apple, 1½ teaspoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of moringa powder, few ice cubes and ¾ cup of water to a blender.


- Blend until smooth and serve immediately.b
