JioCinema is set to revolutionize the premium streaming sector with the launch of subscription plans starting at just ₹29 per month.

This new plan offers an ad-free viewing experience, a significant departure from their previous model which included advertisements for all users.

The move positions JioCinema distinctively against competitors like Netflix and Amazon, who provide ad-free content but at a higher subscription cost.

In addition to the ₹29 plan, JioCinema has introduced a 'Family' plan priced at ₹89 per month.

This plan is designed to cater to the diverse viewing needs of Indian households, offering access to four screens simultaneously.

Current JioCinema Premium members will receive all the benefits of the 'Family' plan at no extra cost.

Furthermore, sports content, including the ongoing Indian Premier League, will continue to be free as part of its ad-supported offering.
