In a recent interview, the Aitraaz actor revealed that she will be giving the fashion summit a miss this year.

Citing her ongoing film projects, she stated, "I'm definitely not attending this year because I'm filming."

Despite her absence, she expressed excitement for the event and admiration for its participants.

Despite her non-attendance, Chopra Jonas remains enthusiastic about the MET Gala 2024.

She told Access Hollywood, "I don't even know who's going this year. I'm definitely not attending this year because I'm filming, but I think I really do enjoy watching people's creativity during the Met Gala and I am really excited to see how it will turn out."

Upon learning that Euphoria star Zendaya will be part of the MET Gala 2024, Chopra Jonas responded positively.

"She's amazing, so we definitely look forward to her," she commented.

Zendaya is one of the co-chairs for this year's gala, joining other celebrities like Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny, and Chris Hemsworth.

The event is scheduled for Monday, May 6 in New York City.

Notably, the high-profile event is dubbed the "Oscars of fashion" and features celebrities from around the world.
