South Korea's leading automaker Hyundai's mid-size SUV Creta is quite popular in India. The sale of this car of the company is excellent in the country. Not only this, in the last month i.e. in May, Hyundai Creta has got the first position with tremendous sales. The company has also sold a total of 7,527 units of Creta due to Kovid and lockdown. It has outperformed the vehicles of its segment in terms of sales and also became the top-selling car of May, leaving behind popular hatchbacks like Swift. Now fresh information is coming about the Creta, according to which the company is going to launch another cheaper variant in the market. Which will be named Creta SX Executive.
According to reports, the biggest drawback that will be seen in the features of the new Creta SX Executive is the infotainment system. The 10.25-inch touchscreen system that supports Apple Car Play and Android Auto will not be seen in the SX Executive variant. In this variant, only features like factory-fitted Bluetooth mic, steering mounted audio control, shark-fin antenna, rearview camera, and USB port will be available.
SX Executive Diesel: The company will also launch a diesel variant of the most affordable Creta. The diesel SX Executive is Rs 96,000 more than the S variant of the Creta, while it is Rs 82,000 cheaper than the SX variant. Its 1.5-liter, four-cylinder, turbo-diesel engine makes 115hp and 250Nm of torque and comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. It is expected that the company will launch this model in the Indian market soon.
SX Executive Petrol Price: According to media reports, the company's upcoming affordable Creta SX Executive 1.5 liter petrol manual variant will cost Rs 13.15 lakh (ex-showroom). This is Rs 96,000 more than the S variant of the Creta, while Rs 82,000 less than the SX variant. The 1.5-liter petrol engine of the Hyundai Creta generates 115hp and 144Nm of torque and comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox.
