Petrol and diesel prices remain unchanged on Tuesday across major cities of the country. Petrol is being sold at Rs. 72.86 per litre in Delhi while diesel retailed at Rs 66.49 a litre, no change compared with yesterday’s price.

Petrol and diesel prices remain unchanged on Tuesday across major cities of the country. Petrol is being sold at Rs. 72.86 per litre in Delhi while diesel retailed at Rs 66.49 a litre, no change compared with yesterday’s price.

It may be noted that petrol prices remain unchanged on Monday while diesel prices were fall by 11-12 paise across major cities of the country.

In Mumbai, the petrol price costs Rs 78.48 per litre and and diesel costs Rs. 69.64 a litre according to Indian Oil Corp website.

Petrol price in Kolkata remained unchanged with Rs 74.89 per litre, while diesel is sold at Rs. 68.39 per litre.

People in Chennai have to shell out Rs 75.67 for a litre of petrol while diesel retailed at Rs 70.26 per litre.

In Chennai, petrol is retailing at Rs 75.67 a litre while diesel costs Rs 70.26 a litre, no change from yesterday’s price.

Rates of petrol and diesel are determined daily by oil marketing companies on the basis of rupee-dollar rate and global crude oil prices.
