Recipe: Masala Pav will make you forget all other tastes, make it by following this recipe!

Mumbai is quite famous for its street food. There are many foods including Vada Pav and Pav Bhaji which people enjoy in daily life. But have you ever enjoyed masala pav? If not, then today we have brought this recipe for you. You can easily make it at home. So let's know its recipe.

Material:

2 Bread Pav

2 tbsp Oil/Butter

1 Onion (finely chopped)

1 Green Capsicum (finely chopped)

1 Tomato (finely chopped)

4 Boiled Potatoes (mashed)

1 tsp Pavbhaji Masala

1/2 tsp Coriander Powder

Pinch Turmeric powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

Salt as per taste

Roasted peanuts 

Pomegranate seeds

Sev Bhujiya

Method:

First of all, cut the pav from the middle. After this, add oil or butter in a nonstick pan and bake the pav thoroughly.

Heat butter or oil in a pan and add onion. Fry for two minutes.

Then you have to put green capsicum inside it cover it and cook. When onion and capsicum become soft, add tomatoes to the pan and cook.

Then add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry well.

Now add water and pav bhaji masala and mix well.

Add boiled potatoes and some water. Mix everything well.

When the water from the mixture dries, add finely chopped green coriander to it.

Spread the mixture in the pav and add roasted peanuts on top.

Garnish with sev bhujia and pomegranate seeds.

Masala Pav is ready. Enjoy it with evening tea!
