The mobile was ordered by the woman during online shopping and when the parcel was received, two soap washes were found in the dish. The victim has complained to the company's helpline and police. It has cost about 18 thousand rupees. A victim of thugs lives in the Kalibari area.

On July 30, the woman ordered a mobile phone from the online shopping company. Its price was 17 thousand 500 rupees. Money was paid online in advance. The delivery of the phone was told on August 4. The woman said that on Friday, a delivery parcel of a goods delivery company reached her home. The woman opened the box and saw that her senses flew away. The box replaced the phone with a charger and two soap dishes. The woman informed the concerned online shopping company via phone and email.

The parcel, which was found three days after the due date, said that she had placed a phone order on 30 July. The delivery date of the goods was on 4 August. But the girl received the parcel three days after the due date. Reported that on August 2, the parcel was dispatched from Bangalore. The parcel reached Delhi at 1 am on August 3, Gurgaon at 10 am on August 4, Ludhiana at 4 am on August 5 and Shimla at 1 am on August 6. Meanwhile, the delivery boy delivered the parcel on August 7 around half-past two o'clock.
