New Delhi: In a global victory for India and major setback for Pakistan, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on wednesday stayed the death sentence of Kulbhushan Jadhav.
The ICJ has also given consular access to Jadhav that was earlier denied by Pakistan.
Out of total 16 judges, 15 judges decided in favour of India’s case.
