PM Modi to Address All-Party Meeting Through Video Conferencing Today

New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi will now officially inform the opposition on the preparations made by the government so far on the Corona crisis. He has called an all-party meeting on April 8 today.

Prime Minister Modi will address this meeting through video conferencing. Hyderabad MP and AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has expressed his displeasure at not being invited to this all-party meeting on April 8 through video conferencing. In one of his statements, he called it an insult of Hyderabad.

At the same time, leaving the initial reluctance, the Trinamool Congress has decided to join the dialogue with Prime Minister Narendra Modi through video conference. The party has taken this decision after the government contacted him. Senior party leader Sudeep Bandopadhyay will represent the Trinamool Congress in this dialogue with Prime Minister Modi.

Modi will communicate with the leaders of the House of various parties through video conference. Covid-19 crisis and the nationwide lockdown are likely to be discussed during the meeting. Bandopadhyay is the leader of Trinamool in the Lok Sabha and will communicate with the Prime Minister from Kolkata.
