HANS ZIMMER AND AR RAHMAN TO REPORTEDLY COMPOSE MUSIC FOR RANBIR KAPOOR'S 'RAMAYANA'

Lights, camera, Ramayana! Ranbir Kapoor's much-anticipated Ramayana flick has finally kicked off its grand journey on April 2nd. According to the grapevine, director Nitesh Tiwari commenced the shoot after a sacred puja on set, with the stellar cast including Ranbir as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Sunny Deol as Hanuman, and Yash as the formidable Ravana.

But wait, there's more! While the official announcement is slated for April 17th, buzz has it that the movie moguls have pulled off a casting coup in the music department. Word on the street is that the legendary Hans Zimmer and our very own AR Rahman are set to orchestrate the tunes for this epic saga!

A little birdie chirped to PinkVilla, revealing, "Hans Zimmer is all geared up to make his grand entrance into Bollywood with Ramayana. It seems Namit Malhotra and Nitesh Tiwari are dead set on their global vision for this Indian masterpiece, sparing no effort to make it a reality. And guess what? Zimmer is as captivated by Lord Ram's story as we are and is itching to compose the score."

But wait, there's more to this musical marvel! The source spilled the beans, "AR Rahman, the maestro himself, will be weaving his magic into Nitesh Tiwari's magnum opus. It's a match made in heaven! Two musical powerhouses joining hands to showcase India's tale to the world."

And here's the kicker – Zimmer has been eyeing a collaboration with Rahman for a while now, drawing inspiration from each other's work. Talk about a match made in melody heaven!

As for Hans Zimmer, the genius behind iconic scores like The Lion King, Gladiator, and Pirates of the Caribbean, he's all set to raise the bar for Indian Cinema on the global stage. The film is not just a project; it's a passion-fueled endeavor aiming to elevate Indian storytelling to international heights. Talks are even underway with Hollywood bigwigs for an international release, though it's still early days.

Ramayana is shaping up to be a cinematic spectacle, with meticulous attention to detail and a hefty budget making it one of the most ambitious projects in Indian Cinema history. Set to be shot in three epic installments, the first leg will grace the silver screen by Diwali 2025, promising a star-studded extravaganza like never before!
