BJP-Janasena finalize lady candidate for Tirupati by-election?

While YSRCP and TDP have already finalized and announced their candidates for the forthcoming Tirupati by-election, BJP and Janasena are yet to make an announcement in this regard.

BJP and Janasena high commands have been meeting frequently to finalize their candidate but an official announcement is due.

The latest we hear is that BJP and Janasena have finally zeroed in on a candidate for Tirupati by-election.

Apparently, these two parties have locked retired IAS officer Ratna Prabha as their candidate for the by-election and the same will be officially announced very soon.

Ratna Prabha, who is from Prakasham district previously served as the chief secretary of Karnataka.

Janasena and BJP opine that fielding a high-ranking officer will serve their prospects well and seem to have finalized Ratna Prabha.
