Rishabh Pant, the Indian wicketkeeper-batter made a comeback on the cricket ground in the ongoing IPL 2024 after a long time as in December 2022 he met with a car accident and suffered some serious injuries in that accident.

The good thing is that he has found his form quite soon and has presented a strong claim for the Indian squad for the T20 World Cup which will take place in June in West Indies and USA.

Though his team Delhi Capitals is at the 6th position with 3 wins in 7 matches, his performance is getting praised and many former cricketers feel that he is completely fit and it is quite certain that he will be a part of the Indian squad for the T20 World Cup.

Rishabh Pant is also a very lively character who loves to enjoy on the field and during the Australian tour, he was called a babysitter by the former Aussie skipper Tim Paine and presently a video is going viral in which Rishabh Pant seems to live up to the term, “babysitter”.

Rishabh Pant will also be looking forward to his return to international cricket as he missed the World Test Championship Final 2023, the ICC ODI World Cup 2023 and the Asia Cup 2023 due to his accident.

Till now Rishabh Pant has played 33 test matches, 30 ODIs and 66 T20Is in which he has scored 2271 runs, 865 runs and 987 runs, respectively. If we talk about the IPL, he has scored 3048 runs in the eighth seasons of the IPL which indicates that he is certainly a good performer of the tournament.
