“Sorry Bhai….,” Rishabh Pant Apologized To Cameraman Who Got Hit By His Six

The Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant has made a superb comeback in the IPL 2024 as he is not only leading Delhi Capitals in a good manner but he is also making an impact with his bat.

Though DC is at the 6th position in the points table with 4 wins in 9 matches, still many former cricketers are full of praises for Pant’s captaincy.

Pant has also put an end to all the doubts regarding his fitness as he suffered few heavy injuries in a car accident which kept him away from cricket for more than a year.

On Wednesday, DC played a match against Gujarat Titans and won that game by 4 runs. Rishabh Pant played an important role in that win as he played a blistering knock of 88 runs not out for which he played only 43 deliveries and his innings included 5 fours & 8 sixes. He was also adjudged as the Player of the Match for his superb performance but one of his big sixes injured a cameraman who belonged to the BCCI crew.

After the match, a video message was posted by the IPL which featured Rishabh Pant and DC’s head coach Ricky Ponting. In this video, Rishabh Pant not only apologized to the cameraman but also wished him speedy recovery. The video was shared with the caption, “One of the camerapersons from our BCCI Production Crew got hit during the #DCvGT match. Rishabh Pant – Delhi Capitals’ captain and Player of the Match – has a special message for the cameraperson.”

In the video, Pant is heard saying, “Sorry Debashish bhai, did not intend to hit you, but I think you can recover well and good luck.”
