National Seminars for Urdu teachers at MANUU
Hyderabad: Centre for Professional Development of Urdu Medium Teachers (CPDUMT) of Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is organizing three national seminars for Urdu medium teachers.
According to Prof. Mohammed Abdul Sami Siddiqui, Director, Centre the main objective of the seminars is to provide a common platform for the Urdu medium teachers teaching at different levels from primary school to University.
The seminar with the theme “Contemporary Issues in Teaching Urdu” is scheduled to be held on 16th & 17th January, 2020. The last date of submission of papers in Urdu is January 10. Mr. Misbahul Anzar (9948412484) & Dr. Mohd. Akbar (8373984391) are the coordinators of the seminar.
The other 2 seminars are scheduled to be held on 20th & 21st February and 5th & 6th March 2020 on the topics “Teaching English language and Literature to Urdu Speakers” and “Teaching Social Sciences through Urdu” respectively. For details visit university website www.manuu.edu.in.
