CM KCR tests positive for COVID-19


Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday. It is said that he has mild symptoms and has been advised home isolation. Right now he is taking rest at his farm house near Hyderabad. As the news of KCR testing positive for Coronavirus spread, TRS leaders, workers and KCR’s supporters prayed for his speedy recovery.

While Telangana CM has tested positive for COVID-19 and is in home isolation, Telangana High Court ordered Government to take swift measures to control the further spread of virus in the state. As the number of Coronavirus cases have been rising at an alarming rate in Telangana, HC advised Government to take a decision on imposing lockdown or night curfew in the state. While many metro cities like Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune and others have been under lockdown or restrictions due to second wave of COVID-19, Hyderabad has not witnessed any such restrictions till date.
