Man arrested for planning to attack White House with anti-tank rocket

US: A 21-year-old man has been arrested in Georgia for planning to attack the White House with an anti-tank rocket and explosive devices. This was as Hasher Jallal Taheb was arrested while trying to trade his car for explosives and guns. Further, he was charged with attempting to damage or destroy a building owned by the US using fire or an explosive.
