1 tablespoon ghee
4 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon cashews
1 tablespoon almonds
1/4 teaspoon green cardamom
How to make Aloo Halwa
Firstly boil the potatoes, peel them and mash gently.
Put a pan on medium flame. Add ghee and let it heat. Now add the mashed potatoes in it and let them cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now add milk and sugar. Mix gently to combine everything together. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Lastly, add cardamom powder and dry fruits. Mix gently and let the halwa cook for 3-4 minutes more.
