Badam Cashew Cake

Badam Cashew Cake is a delicious dessert recipe which can be prepared using minimum ingredients like almonds, cashews, chocolate, cardamom, ghee, and sugar. You can skip the chocolate if you want.
INGREDIENTS
15 almonds
20 cashews
150 gm sugar
1/2 teaspoon green cardamom
2 teaspoon ghee
1 handful grated coconut
100 gm dark chocolate
How to make Badam Cashew Cake
Step 1
To prepare this delicious cake, soak the almonds and cashews in water until they become tender. Peel the almonds skin and keep them aside. Using the double boiler method, melt the chocolate.
Step 2
Grind the almonds and cashews in a mixer. Dissolve some sugar in water and boil them.
Step 3
Once the sugar has dissolved, add the cashew-badam paste, melted chocolate, cardamom, and ghee. Mix well until you get a thick consistency.
Step 4
Transfer to a greased plate and allow it to cool. Once chilled, garnish it with grated coconut. Cut into slices and serve
