INGREDIENTS

200 gm coconut

15 black dates

400 gm beetroot

50 gm coconut powder

200 gm almond flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

5 brown eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

80 gm raw cacao

How to make Beetroot and Chocolate Flourless Cake

Step 1

To prepare this amazing cake recipe, take a large bowl and mix together almond flour, coconut powder, baking powder, shredded coconut, grated beetroot, and raw cacao in it.

Step 2

Now, break eggs in a separate bowl. Then, add dates in a food processor and blend them well. Also, add eggs and vanilla extract in the food processor and blend all the ingredients together.

Step 3

Transfer the blended mix to the big bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Mix them all together till the cake batter is ready. Transfer it to a cake tin and bake the cake at 180 degree Celsius for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Once the cake is done, take it out and let it cool on the rack. Cut into slices and serve with a cup of tea or coffee.
