INGREDIENTS

300 gm chicken thighs

4 tablespoon black sesame seeds

4 tablespoon mustard oil

1 tablespoon garlic paste

1/2 tablespoon ginger paste

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

2 tablespoon green chilli sauce

0 salt as required

How to make Black Chicken

Step 1

To start cooking this delicious recipe, prepare a marinade by taking a large mixing bowl and adding all the ingredients to it, except for the chicken.
