300 gm chicken thighs

4 tablespoon black sesame seeds

4 tablespoon mustard oil

1 tablespoon garlic paste

1/2 tablespoon ginger paste

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

2 tablespoon green chilli sauce

0 salt as required

How to make Black Chicken

Step 1

To start cooking this delicious recipe, prepare a marinade by taking a large mixing bowl and adding all the ingredients to it, except for the chicken. Incorporate the entire mixture by stirring vigorously. Adjust the seasoning to your taste. Cut the chicken thighs into 10 pieces of 30 grams each.
