Black Chicken
One of the most widely eaten dishes in India, black chicken is here to capture each and every heart with its yummy taste and a rich blend of aromatic spices. This scrumptious recipe is prepared by marinating the juicy chicken thigh pieces and popping them into the oven for a slow cooking process. Marination provides a deep flavour to the chicken and thereby, results in a rich and juicy nature of the dish.
INGREDIENTS
300 gm chicken thighs
4 tablespoon black sesame seeds
4 tablespoon mustard oil
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
2 tablespoon green chilli sauce
0 salt as required
How to make Black Chicken
Step 1
To start cooking this delicious recipe, prepare a marinade by taking a large mixing bowl and adding all the ingredients to it, except for the chicken. Incorporate the entire mixture by stirring vigorously. Adjust the seasoning to your taste. Cut the chicken thighs into 10 pieces of 30 grams each. After the marinade mixture is ready, add the chicken pieces to it and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat an oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the marinated chicken pieces into an oven-safe plate and let them bake in the oven for around 30 to 40 minutes or until they turn crisp. Enjoy this yummy dish with any dip of your choice.
