2 cup rice flour

How to make Chalimidi Vadapappu

Step 1

To make this traditional naivedyam recipe, you need rice flour, water and jaggery. Take a large vessel and add rice flour and powdered jaggery in it. Mix them well and then add water to it and knead a smooth dough.

Step 2

Now, grease your palms with a little coconut oil and make small balls out of the dough. Place the balls on a plate and offer them to God and then, later serve them as 'prasadam' to everyone.
