Chicken Masala Fry

INGREDIENTS

500 gm chicken

1 large onion

1/2 tablespoon garlic paste

1 green chilli

1/2 tablespoon ginger paste

1 tablespoon red chilli powder

1/2 tablespoon garam masala powder

1 tablespoon coriander powder

1 stalk curry leaves

0 salt as required

4 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 dry red chili

How to make Chicken Masala Fry

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and then add dry red chilli, green chillies, curry leaves and onions to it. Fry them until they turn golden in colour. Next, add ginger and garlic paste and fry till the mixture gets golden-brown in colour.

Step 2

Now, add the chicken pieces to the mixture and fry the chicken till it loses all the moisture.

Step 3

Now, add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt to the pan. Sprinkle 4 tbsps of water. Cook it for about 15 mins.

Step 4

Your dish is now ready to be served. Serve it with some chutney as a snack or as a main dish with some roomali roti. Enjoy!
