INGREDIENTS

450 gm minced chicken

1 egg yolk

1 scallions

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 dashes black pepper

3 dashes cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon mirin

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

How to make Chicken Patty

Step 1

Take a bowl and add chicken, egg yolk, scallion, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, mirin, sesame oil and combine the ingredients well.

Step 2

Wet hands with water and scoop up the chicken mixture to make patties. Shape into a ball and press to flatten them. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat a skillet or a pan on medium-low heat. Add vegetable oil to it. When the oil is hot, add the chicken patties one by one. Pan fry for a minute on each side until cooked well. Serve the patties with sauce.
