Chocolate, Cardamom and Chili Semifreddo with Seasonal Fruits

INGREDIENTS
300 gm dark chocolate
300 gm heavy cream
1 dash green cardamom
1 pinch chilli flakes
How to make Chocolate, Cardamom and Chili Semifreddo with Seasonal Fruits
Step 1
To prepare this delicious dessert recipe, take a clean bowl and put dark chocolate in it. Next, take a large sized deep vessel and place it on medium flame. Then, pour and heat good amount of water in it. Now, carefully place the chocolate bowl in between and stir gently until the chocolate completely melts. Once done, turn off the gas knob and keep aside the melted chocolate.
Step 2
Next, take the double/heavy cream in a large bowl and start whipping it until you see soft peaks. Then take the whipped cream and fold it with the melted chocolate.
Step 3
After this, add cardamom powder and chili flakes to the prepared mixture of cream and chocolate.
Step 4
When the mixture is ready, put it in the serving glass and cover it properly with a shrink wrap. You can also place it on a serving platter.
Step 5
Now, put the serving glass in the refrigerator and let it freeze for 4 hours. Once done, take out the dish from the refrigerator and garnish it with the seasonal fruits. Serve chilled.
