Chocolate Kulfi

You can make it in large batches, easily store in your freezer and eat it whenever you want. The kulfi has to be frozen for at least 6-8 hours after which it is ready to be served. INGREDIENTS
4 cup milk
2 cup fresh cream
3 tablespoon milk powder
3 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
6 teaspoon chocolate chips
How to make Chocolate Kulfi
Step 1
In a pan, add milk, fresh cream and milk powder. Let it come to a boil and then let it simmer on low flame for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add sugar and mix well. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Once the milk turns creamy, add choco chips and cocoa powder. Mix well to combine everything.
Step 4
Let the mixture cool down a bit. Pour into kulfi moulds and slide it into the freezer. Let it sit for 6-8 hours.
Step 5
Once set properly, take out the kulfi from the moulds and serve.
