Cream Sandwich
Running out of time to make breakfast, dinner or lunch but also want to have something healthy? A cream sandwich made of hung curd, bell peppers, creamy cheese, seasoning spread topped with herbs can be the perfect dish for you. This is a great option for quick meals that involve very less preparation and while tasting amazing the whole time.
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon garlic mayonnaise
10 slices bread slices
1/2 cup hung curd
3 tablespoon cottage cheese
2 tablespoon red bell pepper
1 tablespoon green chilli
1 tablespoon coriander leaves
0 salt as required
0 black pepper as required
How to make Cream Sandwich
Step 1
Toast cottage cheese cubes in 1 tsp oil. In a mixing bowl, add hung curd, cottage cheese, bell peppers, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt and black pepper together.
Step 2
Toast the bread pieces on both sides until crisp and golden. Spread the garlic mayonnaise and line up on a chopping board.
Step 3
Evenly spread 2-3 tbsp of creamy stuffing on one bread slice and cover it with another. Serve with ketchup or mustard sauce.
