Fruit and Mint Custard

Custard is a simple and sweet dessert that can satiate your sugar cravings in a jiffy. Loaded with fruits and dry fruits, this creamy dessert is indeed a delight to have. To make this recipe, you just need a handful of fruits, milk, sugar, vanilla essence, cashews, almonds and mint. We have added fruits like strawberry, kiwi and apricots, however, you can add more fruits of your choice like apple, banana, grapes and mango.

Instead of white sugar, you can use jaggery, brown sugar and even stevia. Be it kids or adults, everyone will love this recipe. You can also serve this Fruit Custard at parties and birthdays. How to make Fruit and Mint Custard

Step 1

Take strawberries, apricot, kiwis and cut into small cubes.

Step 2

Mix custard powder and sugar in little milk to prepare custard slurry.

Step 3

Boil the remaining milk for 10 minutes in a pot. Pour the custard slurry in the boiled milk and give a good whisk.

Step 4

Add chopped fruits, almonds, cashews, mint leaves and vanilla essence to the custard. Let the custard cool down and then keep in the fridge until chilled. Custard is now ready to be served.
