INGREDIENTS

1 large avocados

1 medium tomato

1 tablespoon onion

1 tablespoon cilantro

1 teaspoon mint

1 teaspoon jalapeno

1/2 piece green apple

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon virgin olive oil

0 salt as required

50 gm corn tortilla

1 teaspoon mint leaves

2 slice green apple

How to make Green Apple and Mint Guacamole

Step 1

To start making this lip-smacking snack first, cut avocado into half and remove the seeds. Scoop out avocado flesh from the peel into a mixing bowl. Discard any browned areas. Using a fork, mash the avocado, but keep it chunky.

Step 2

Now to the mashed avocados add all ingredients one by one. Add tomatoes, onion, cilantro, mint, jalapeno, green apple, olive oil, salt. Mix all ingredients well.

Step 3

Wrap the prepared mixture with a plastic wrap. Make sure it is air tight, to prevent oxidation. Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes until all flavours are blended well.

Step 4

Once ready, garnish with sliced green apple slices and mint leaves, serve with blue & yellow corn tortillas chips.
