INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup chana dal

4 teaspoon ginger

4 teaspoon garlic

2 tablespoon green chillies

2 cup spinach

1 cup peas

1 cup paneer

2 teaspoon chaat masala

1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

0 salt as required

1 cup all purpose flour

1 1/2 cup bread crumbs

3/4 cup refined oil

2/3 cup water

How to make Hadippa Haryali Cheese Kebab

Step 1

To prepare these delicious kebabs, rinse the chana dal and soak it in a bowl for an hour.

Step 2

After an hour, drain the water and put the dal in the pressure cooker with garlic, ginger, green chilies and 1 cup of water and pressure cook them for 3 whistles.

Step 3

Once done, turn off the flame. Then, add the pressure cooked ingredients, spinach, and the green peas to the blender with a little water. Blend them into a smooth paste.

Step 4

Now, transfer this paste to a large bowl and add the paneer, salt, garam masala, chaat masala and 1/2 cup of bread crumbs to it. Mix well.

Step 5

Take a small amount of this mixture and press it flat giving it a shape of a kebab. Repeat the same process with the remaining mixture.

Step 6

Prepare a flour- water paste in a bowl using the all purpose flour and water. Spread the remaining bread crumbs in a plate.

Step 7

Heat the refined oil in a kadhai over a medium flame. Now, first dip the kebabs in the flour- water mixture and then roll them in the breadcrumbs.

Step 8

Next, deep fry the kebabs until they turn golden brown from both the sides. Take them out of the kadhai and drain the excess oil using the clean paper towels.

Step 9

Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
