3 tablespoon corn flour
4 tablespoon bread crumbs
2 burger buns
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon mustard sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
0 ice berg lettuce as required

How to make Healthy Chicken burger
To begin with this easy recipe: wash, clean and pat dry clean the chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Now, cut the burger buns from the center and spread butter on them and toast on a pan till lightly toasted. Set aside.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce to keep it easy and simple. Take a bowl and whisk together mustard, grated onion, hot sauce and mayonnaise. Next, wash and chop the lettuce about 1/2" slices and thinly slice the tomatoes.
Take the three plates in one plate, keep cornflour, in the second bowl crack open eggs and whisk them and keep aside. In the third plate keep the breadcrumbs. Take the seasoned chicken breasts and coat them in cornflour followed by egg batter and breadcrumbs. Once the oil is hot gently place the chicken breast on the pan and allow it to cook and turn crispy. Repeat with the rest of the chicken pieces.
Next, once the chicken breast is cooked, place a cheese slice and cover with another chicken breast, cook by flipping the sides. Keep it for a minute and once cheese melts turn off the flame.
Assemble the burger, begin with spreading the sauce generously on the lower part of the bun followed by lettuce bed then tomato slices followed by the cheesy chicken patty and top it with the other half of the bun and serve and enjoy.
